Tess Hottenroth

Tess brings over a decade of hands-on experience in equity crowdfunding and alternative capital markets, with a background that uniquely bridges regulatory fluency and startup flexibility. After entering the industry shortly after the JOBS Act passed, she became one of the first operators to specialize in Reg A and Reg CF offerings and helping companies navigate these newly opening pathways to capital.

Over the past several years, she has supported some of the most visible and highest-volume crowdfunding campaigns in the U.S., including managing all three of BrewDog USA's Reg A offerings. With expertise in designing scalable, compliance-ready offering workflows, Tess focuses on building infrastructure that supports issuers directly, prioritizing operational execution over traditional gatekeeping models and designing designs capital structures that work for the real world — not just the compliance checklist.

Tess currently holds Series 63, 79, 82, 24, and 28 licenses.

Audrhei Encinas

Audrhei brings more than nine years of experience in equity crowdfunding to Cultivate Capital. She originally worked with equity crowdfunding success story BrewDog, who raised more than $100 million worldwide from more than 200,000 investors in multiple countries with multiple online securities offerings. At BrewDog, Audrhei dealt with large numbers of shareholders from an investor relations standpoint, which gave her a great appreciation and education in what securities transactions are like from the investor side.

Her investor relations work expanded as she brought value to other high volume Regulation A and Regulation CF issuers and their investors. She has now taken that valuable experience and joined the regulated investment banking world and focuses on high volume equity crowdfunding offerings at Cultivate Capital. Audrhei brings her unique expertise in working with thousands of individual investors on exempt offerings and her ability to utilize compliant offering methodologies in this new and developing area of exempt securities offerings to Cultivate Capital's investment banking team.

Audrhei currently holds Series 7, 63, 82, and 24 licenses.

Keith Bliss

Keith is a highly seasoned senior level executive with over 35 years of experience in global financial services. He has been involved in most facets of the broad industry from commercial lending, to financial software and consulting, to equity and options execution, direct private investments, investment banking, asset-backed financing, compliance and many others. Keith's experience has allowed him to work with C level executives in banking, brokerage, asset managers, hedge funds, private banks, private equity, and family offices.

Keith also has broad media experience as I have been a frequent guest on CNBC, Fox Business Network, Bloomberg TV/Radio, Sky Business, Yahoo! Finance, Reuters, and various international outlets in China and Hong Kong to provide insight and commentary on the global financial markets. Keith has also contributed market commentary and content to The Wall Street Journal and many other print/digital news providers.

Keith currently holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79 (Investment Banking) licenses.
